Danutė Zinkevičienė: , PhD, Associate Professor and the Head of Department of Accounting and Finance at Lithuanian University of Agriculture (LUA), Lithuania. She is responsible for organization of pedagogical and research work at the Department. She has organized a lot of scientific and methodical conferences on behalf of the Department. She received her Diploma in Economics of Agricultural Accounting in 1983 and her PhD degree in Economics in 1997 from Lithuanian Agricultural Academy (now - Lithuanian University of Agriculture, Lithuania). The scientific interests of Dr. Zinkevičienė include financial and managerial accounting, accounting theory, accounting history, etc. She collaborates with researchers of Latvia and Germany and with accountants of business enterprises. She is the author of over 40 scientific publications and methodical proceedings in accounting.
