Fuzzy Classification in the Assessment of E-Commerce Systems’ Quality
Natalija Guseva
ABSTRACT. Electronic commerce allows business to be performed over the Internet and to enlarge their market. However, there are neither theories nor guidelines on how to assess electronic commerce quality and choose an appropriate system. The fuzzy classification logic was applied for e-commerce processes’ quality evaluation. The structure of e-commerce quality criteria was created and the correlation between those criteria was demonstrated. This correlation was used as basis for creation of fuzzy classification charts. E-commerce quality was analyzed hierarchically from detailed elements to general evaluation.
KEYWORDS: quality, e-commerce, fuzzy classification.
JEL classification: M30, O32.
