S.X. Zeng: , PhD, works as Professor in the Antai School of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China. He received his PhD degree in management from Harbin Institute of Technology, China. As a research fellow, he worked at City University of Hong Kong for several times. As a researcher in technology management and related fields, he has managed a large number of research projects, and has published more than 120 journal and conference papers, books, and reports on technology management, project management and environmental economics and management, such as in Journal of Management in Engineering, Journal of Cleaner Production, Measuring Business Excellence, Managerial Auditing Journal, and International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management etc. He also teaches extensively in this field at both postgraduate and graduate levels, and has successfully supervised a number of PhD and MSc students. Currently he is Head of Department of Management Science and Director of Institute of System Engineering at Shanghai Jiaotong University, China. He acts as a reviewer for more than ten international journals.
