Organizational Image and Organizational Development: Searching for Connections

ABSTRACT. This article analyze connections between organizational culture, learning, organizational development and image. There were two models created and research was done for proving these correlations. The aim of this paper is the investigation on opinion of organizational image influenced by organizational development and organizational learning. The object of the current research is an organizational image and organizational development. The research tasks of the article are as follows: to analyze the concepts of organizational culture; to investigate the concept of image, organizational development and learning; to perform a study to identify opinions of image, learning ways and organizational development in organizations.
