Stasys Albinas Girdzijauskas: , PhD, Habil. Dr., and Full Professor at the Department of Informatics, Kaunas Faculty of Humanities, Vilnius University (Lithuania). He holds diploma of Engineer from Kaunas University of Technology (1963), PhD (Technical Sciences) from Kaunas University of Technology (1972). He passed Doctor Habilitus procedure (Social Sciences, Economics, 04S) at Vilnius University in 2007. He is working at Vilnius University since 1975. He was Dean of Kaunas Faculty of Humanities, Vilnius University, in the period of 2002-2008. Prof. S. Girdzijauskas is the author of almost 100 scientific publications and 6 books. He developed logistic theory of finance management and wrote the monograph „Logistic capital management theory: deterministic methods”. In investigation of limited growth resources, S. Girdzijauskas explored such economic phenomenon as economic burbles, investigated the reasons of such bubbles formation and economic cycles, globalization and technical progress impact on such phenomena.
