Mihaela Tofan: , PhD, is a university lecturer in the Institute of Administrative Sciences „Paul Negulescu”, Romania. She has a Bachelor’s degree in law from „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University, Iasi, Romania; and PhD degree cum laude in legal science from the University Bucharest, Romania. As a young specialist in European law and public financial law, she published her analysis and research in the law field. The studies reflect particular interest for the European dimension of the legislation after the Romanian accession to the European Union. She is an active member of the Institute of Administrative Science „Paul Negulescu”, Sibiu, Romania, member of the European Association of the Financial and Banking Law and JM professor for the module The European Function and the European Servant, at the Centre of the European Studies from „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University, Iasi. She is involved in undergraduate and graduate educational programs.
