Tomasz Bernat: , PhD, is Dr. Habilitus in Economics, Head of Department of Microeconomics, Faculty of Economics and Management, University of Szczecin, Poland. He was the chief coordinator of the 6^th FP project LAMA (Development of the Competitiveness of Labour Market and its Entities) (2005-2009), www.lama.edu.pl; and the chief coordinator of 7^th FP project PRORES (Pro-ecological Restructuring for Job) (2011-2015). Dr. Hab. Bernat initiated the series of national scientific conferences for Polish young economists, which became rotational annual events in the consortium of over 12 Polish universities of economics. He is also in charge of annual competitions for students in economic sciences called “Young Investor”, and this triggered to conduct a multi-national survey on students’ entrepreneurship skills in 6 post-socialist countries. Dr. Bernat is editor-in-chief of series of monographs on Economics Issues in Practice. The areas of scientific interest include monopolisation policies, market concentration, labour market economy.
