Internal Factors Influence on the CSR Activities Of Companies

ABSTRACT. CSR policy of companies was the subject of many articles and analysis. It is a vital issues of today's economy how companies set their CSR policy. But setting of this matter comes from the intersection of several factors and interests. We aimed to find out what are these factors and interests. Decision-making of companies differ based on the turnover and the type of management. We start this research with the idea of seeing how important environmental policy is in the company's CSR policy and which are the main reasons and ways to applies CSR in companies' activities. Study results are based on research on a sample of 114 companies.
