- Dainora Grundey
- is Associate Professor, Dr., Head of Department of Commerce and Deputy-Dean for Scientific Research at Kaunas Faculty of Humanities, Vilnius University, Lithuania. She received her MA from Vilnius University, Lithuania, in 1991; her MBA from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland, in 1994; and her PhD degree from Vilnius University in Social Sciences (Management and Administration, 03S) in 2001. She is also Founding Editor and Deputy Editor-in-Chief at the International Journal of Scholarly Papers “Transformations in Business & Economics” (www.transformations.khf.vu.lt), Lithuania. She had study fellowships at The Institute of Transport Economics, Oslo, Norway, and Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska, the USA. She is a Founder and Accredited person of IGYS (www.vukhf.lt/igys). She is the co-author of the university textbook “Environmental Economics” (2003) and the forthcoming monograph “Relationship and Internal Marketing”. She is also the author of over 50 scientific publications on logistics, multimodal transportation, marketing and brand management issues, customer service and customer behaviour management.
