ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT BASED ON LEADER'S SELF-DEVELOPMENT THEORY AND PRACTICE

ABSTRACT.In the article an overview about the fact that leaders of organizations must keep abreast of changes in the environment is suggested and outlined. Leaders must change their thinking - they should start using mind activity implementing business processes within an organization. Mind activity is defined as the theoretical and practical process of thinking by leader in his/ her constant activity through reflection, awareness, understanding, intuition and rational thinking. Mind activity of leader helps to create, develop and manage business processes within an organization. Such a leader is inseparable from the performance of business processes within the organization - effective management of it - its development and self-development.
