MODERN MANAGEMENT USING IT&C TECHNOLOGIES IN ROMANIAN ORGANIZATIONS

ABSTRACT.Today modern and preformed management involving decision issues could be assimilated with information technology and communication (IT&C). Our research has revealed the level of IT&C implementation and more precisely the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI) and E-Government implementing level, in Romanian organizations in 2004-2012. The practical value of this study consists in the measurement of the impacts of contingency factors, including size, and in the assessment of the management success. The research results were obtained during the last ten years using questionnaires, and our purpose was to demonstrate some hypothesis regarding the effect of implementation of ERP, BI and E-Government applications in various functional departments of an organization such as manufacturing, purchasing, sales, accounting, over the management method and IT&C based decision. The originality of this article consists in the complexity of the study realized in implementation of computer-based modern management methods. The impact of these researches lies on the powerful impact IT&C technologies have upon the development of nowadays organizations as well as upon daily life of each individual; nevertheless, one should not ignore a special condition Romanian economy and especially Romanian society as a whole is confronted with during the current period.
