Egle Malinauskiene ,: PhD (in Management and Administration) is Assoc. Professor at Institute of Economics and Business at Mykolas Romeris University, where she delivers the course on business systems competitiveness. Her main research interests so far have referred to development and assessment of dynamic organisational capabilities for inter-governmental projects of information and communication technologies (ICTs), and the analysis of resulting political, economical, organisational and societal transformations. She has already served as a national expert in a variety of European and national practice-oriented research projects, and is the author of a number of publications in the field. Lately she has started focusing on the analysis of the influence that the maturity of government capabilities for interoperability in ICTs development as well as in its core functions might have on the global national competitiveness.
