Vladimir Mihailovich Kiselev, Tatyana Fedorovna Kiseleva, Vladimir Anatolyevich Terentyev

This article covers the study of the consumer demand descriptors for red dry wines that are produced from Merlot grape variety, made in different regions of the world for systematization of the data in the formalized model of competitive advantages. The aim of this work is to argue that during blind tastings, consumers and experts can identify flavour differences of samples that are produced by the system of integrated chain from the samples of wines from domestic production based on its organoleptic characteristics and prefer the national samples  .
