Aleksandra Sus, Michal Organa, Adam Sulich
ABSTRACT. The article presents research assumptions within inter-organizational networks. Using the inductive approach, which focuses on confirmation of theorems in a large data set, identification of factors, that influence the effectiveness of the relationships of the inter-organizational oncological network, was performed. In these terms, the inter-organizational oncological network was defined, then the types of efficiency of this network were described, and finally determinants of network relationships were identified and defined. These considerations became the basis for the planned and ongoing empirical research, the object of which is the inter-organizational oncological network in Poland, and then the aim of the study - identification of factors affecting the effectiveness of relationships between elements of this network. The purpose of this study is an indication of the role played by the relationships established by the organizations and their effectiveness in achieving a broadly understood business success on market. The method used in this article is based on a critical analysis of management literature.
