ABSTRACT. Over the last few decades, scientists have noted that mindfulness brings both physical and psychological benefits to a wide range of people (e.g., Shapiro et al. 2006; Glomb et al., 2011; Eberth and Sedlmeier, 2012). There is a rapid rise of researches about mindfulness and work-related stress (e.g., Dane and Brummel, 2013; Hulsheger et al. 2013) also. The aim of research: to analyze the tendencies of recent scientific research on the phenomenon of mindfulness and its impact on people experiencing work-related stress. The research methodology is a conceptual, systematic and logical analysis of scientific literature, and its empirical (quantitative and qualitative) analysis.
For the empirical research, the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science database (2000-2019 ) was used to identify papers on the concepts of "stress reduction"; "mindfulness", "mindfulness at work" for the qualitative aspect according to the concepts of "mindfulness" and "mindfulness at work", we selected the 10 most frequently cited articles for each of the above concepts in the database and attempted to identify the context (identifying the underlying problems and the most significant results obtained) of these concepts. The main findings: According to work-related stress, mindfulness helps people to reduce stress, feel job satisfaction, focus better and make better decisions. We hope that organizations will increasingly focus on the benefits of mindfulness and to the real application of it.
