ANALYSIS OF RISK FACTORS OF PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL METHODS WITH FUZZY WEIGHTED AXIOMATIC DESIGN

ABSTRACT. One of the most basic principles of organizations today, is to make the appropriate decision for sustainability and achieve organizational objectives. One of the important and vital parts of the organizations is the human resource management department, which, by suitable deciding on the various activities that it performs, leads to the achievement of organizational vision and goals. Performance appraisal is one of the fundamental tasks of human resource department. In this research, an examination and assessment of the best employee performance evaluation model has been done, which is one of the tasks of the human resources section of an organization. To select the best performance evaluation method in this research, four procedures has been used which are fuzzy axiomatic design methods, a weighted fuzzy axiomatic design which the criteria's weight is obtained from SWARA method, a risk-based fuzzy axiomatic design and, finally, a weighted-fuzzy axiomatic design method. Risk refers to all the risks inherent in performance appraisal criteria that were obtained during interviews with human resource experts with respect to performance evaluation models. As a result of the ranking of the performance evaluation models, with the help of these four methods, the best way to evaluate performance will be recognized in each technique. In this study, the specific impact of the risks on the performance appraisal criteria is examined, which has not been considered in the other studies .
