Yunqian Zhang, Muhammad Sadiq, Fengsheng Chien

ABSTRACT: Business performance suffered from a declining situation due to a lack of technology and knowledge among employees, and this aspect requires researchers’ focus. Therefore, the present research examines the impact of technology adoption, knowledge, and stress management on the business performance of the Chinese electric vehicle industry. The research also investigates the moderating impact of organizational support (OS) among technology adoption, knowledge and stress management, and business performance of the Chinese electric vehicle industry. The researchers adopted the survey questionnaires to gather the data from the employees of the Chinese electric vehicle industry. The researchers also adopted the PLS-SEM to check the connection among understudy constructs. The outcomes indicated that technology adoption, knowledge, and stress management have a positive linkage with the business performance of the Chinese electric vehicle industry. The outcomes also revealed that the OS significantly moderates among technology adoption, knowledge and stress management, and business performance of the Chinese electric vehicle industry. The article guides the policymaker in making policies related to improve business performance by providing technology and knowledge to the employees.
