Meanwhile, universities are committed to increase the number of students and expand the scale of enrollment, leading to the huge increase in the number of college graduates. Over the last three years, the number of college graduates in China was increase at the rate of more than one million people annually, thus making it difficult for the graduates to find work. This study examines the existing conditions and challenges of college students' work while exploring the job services for college students based on previous research and theoretical knowledge. The major findings of this study are as follows: since public policy support and the legal system strengthen and standardize college students' entrepreneurial activities, therefore universities should attach due significance to employment situation by building a more perfect employment support system, providing students with practical employment service, improving the employment rate, and enshrining students to adapt to the hard-working environment.
