David Kbiladze,: PhD, is a Professor at the David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia, Faculty of Business and Social Sciences. He teaches National Accounting System, Statistics in Economics and Business, Quantitative and qualitative research methods in business. In his scientific research activity, he deals with the reformation of market statistics, the system of national accounts, the problems of sustainable development of the economy, macroeconomic and microeconomic uncertainty. He is DAAD’s scholar (3 times), grantee of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation. participant of US State Department’s project: "Statistics in Economic Planning”. He is a member of the Academy of Business Sciences. He was Deputy Chairman of the National Statistics Office of Georgia, Parliamentary Secretary.
