MULTILAYER COUPLING EFFECT AND OPERATING MECHANISM OF REGIONAL HIGH-QUALITY DEVELOPMENT IN CHINA11
Yuyan Shen, Kaicheng Liao
ABSTRACT: High-quality development is a key national development strategy that provides a comprehensive measuring standard for regional economic development. To discuss the balance and sustainability of high-quality global regional economic development, the understanding of the inner structure and the operating mechanism of high-quality development was deepened by introducing system dynamics theory and coupling coordination theory in this study. Specifically, 78 basic indexes were selected from the economic data indexes during the period of 2007-2021 to constitute an evaluation index system for high-quality development. The internal multilayer coupling effect of regional high-quality development in China was investigated from the perspective of coupling coordination. In addition, the dynamic relations of the internal structures in the high-quality development system were tested via a Panel Vector Autoregression (PVAR) model. Results
